"I needed a new door lock for the bathroom. I have a very old house in the historic Hawthorne neighborhood. Matt came by to check it out and then found the right lock for me on ebay and had it installed in a heartbeat. It's gorgeous and magic, and now my ancient door not just locks but also closes smoothly and all the way. Definitely recommend him! He is fast, professional, and cares about his work! Plus he is a pleasure to work with!"

"I needed my disc lock cut at 10pm on a cold Wednesday night, and the employee was very prompt. The lock was situated in a way that made it difficult to access, but he was still able to get it within 10 minutes. He was truly a lifesaver, and saved me a lot of time and money."
