"Matt went above and beyond my expectations. He solved four lock problems even though he was only scheduled to look at one. And the final bill was very affordable.... no sticker shock. Can't say enough about this young man and his lock and key business."

"My garage was broken into last night, so I went online for a list of locksmiths in Fargo. ABC Lock & Key was rated the highest so I called at 9:15 this morning after I had contacted law enforcement. Matt was with another customer but said that he'd call me back in 10-15 minutes -- he called back within 5 minutes. I told him my situation and he said that he'd be over around 10:15 to 10:30. He arrived at 9:45, assessed the situation, installed a deadbolt on my garage service door and was done with the project BEFORE the time that he stated he would get to my house. He also didn't try to over-sell me on what I needed. FAST, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY and EFFICIENT!!! I will definitely call Matt again when I need locksmith services! (P.S. He beat the police to my house.) Thanks, Matt!!"

"On a Sunday evening I tragically locked my keys inside my vehicle with my grocery’s.. not to mention my precious ice cream. I called them and they said they would be there in 20min.. they came in 18min! Since it was the weekend it was $75 which I still think is a lot, but I have insurance so I can’t really complain. The guy was super helpful and I am very please to report that the iceream made it out alive. Bless"
