"Writing this on my boyfriend’s behalf: this morning he called ABC Lock & Key after another local key company fell through on us in the middle of the night. They were prompt and efficient, not only were they available within 15 minutes—they even thought to look up the location and ask ahead which entrance we would be located by etc. it’s the small detail oriented things that make stressful situations so much easier to navigate. He pulled up on time, unlocked the car, got paid and was on his way in 2-3 minutes. No fuss, and was kind to boot. Thanks for helping us out today! I believe my boyfriend said it cost $60 but I’m pretty sure it was no more than $75. Sorry don’t quote me on that part, I just remember him feeling like it was a reasonable cost for the circumstances."
